The Proxes RR uses an enhanced-grip tread compound with a semi-slick tread pattern, two 4/32-inch circumferential grooves, and wear inspection holes in the slick regions. It is ready to race without shaving, and Toyo recommends heat cycling before competition to help improve wear and performance consistency.
Reinforced sidewalls and symmetric construction support cornering stability, and the sidewall marking area helps with tire management at the track.
